    Socio-Economics of Law School Pedagogy: This panel will examine the current scholarship and practical implementation of teaching and learning of law (“TLL”) against the background of socio-economic principles. Issues addressed will include: (1) the objectives identified in contemporary TLL scholarship; (2) effective operation of theory and praxis in tandem in the law school classroom; and, (3) use of extended narrative arcs and simulations to assimilate lawyering skills as well as doctrine. The papers presented during this session will be published in Volume 48 of the University of the Pacific Law Review.
