    “What’s In, What’s Out: How to Teach Civil Procedure in An Increasingly Crowded Curriculum” examines the increasingly difficult choices procedure professors must make when teaching this complex and critical area of law. This panel explores how professors decide what to cabin and why, how much to teach, and the relevance of what they teach. The panel also considers what may be on the horizon of legal education in this area.
