The Section's junior scholar panel showcases the work of several
up-and-coming scholars who are in their junior faculty phase (fewer than seven
years of full-time teaching). The scholarship is chosen from a call for
unpublished national security law-related papers, and the panel will include a
presentation of the work followed by a discussion with the respective scholar.
Last year's panel was met with resounding enthusiasm, and included terrific
scholarship on issues such as cybersecurity and Fourth Amendment data searches.
