Against a backdrop of rising campus antisemitism and diminishing knowledge of the Holocaust, a new Holocaust, Antisemitism, and the Law Learning (“HALL”) Center is being created by the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany, which for eight decades has advocated for Holocaust survivors and Holocaust education. The HALL Center will provide materials for law professors so that they can engage with these important issues. Law students will learn the history and legal aspects of antisemitism and the Holocaust, and its relevance to the study of law today.
