    The session engages works of comparative law addressing the challenges of law in an increasingly interconnected global social space regulated by overlapping pluralities of legal orders. Issues addressed in these cutting-edge works include jurisdictional competition, intersectional analysis of East Asia's comfort women litigation, and the prospects for new approaches to comparative law analysis including Behavioral Comparative Law and Transnational Jurisdiction.
