Sessions Description

  • During this session, the panel will focus on the pedagogy of legal writing for legal writing teachers with three to five years of teaching experience.  The panel will discussing methods of incorporating professionalism, active learning, and rhetorical devices into predictive and persuasive first year writing, creating learning objectives, outcomes, and assessments, developing in-class exercises, and designing memo and appellate problems.
