    This program explores new issues arising in agency and fiduciary law, and explores pedagogical approaches to introducing and unpacking those issues both inside the traditional business law classroom and in the context of other classes. In particular, the program explores the legal issues at the intersection of agency law and artificial intelligence, and fiduciary duties and emerging technologies. Further, the program explores best practices for teaching agency and fiduciary law, including technology-enhanced and critical approaches.
