This panel considers whether there is a human right to climate stability, and if so, the legal implications of such a right. Particular attention will focus on the effects of climate change on the Global South, small island states, developing countries, and children and youth. The panel will also analyze the role of developed countries and the extent to which international human rights law and international law may or may not be able to stop and remedy such violations.
