Sessions Description

  • This session is designed to support newer scholars in the legal writing community. The session will begin with selected authors presenting brief summaries of their works in progress to all attendees. Attendees will then break into smaller groups—one for each of the authors—so discussants and other Section members can pose questions and share feedback specific to one of the works in progress.
