    The United States is undergoing a demographic transformation with a rapidly aging population. A robust discussion of the experiences of older adults and how law can promote healthy and equitable aging is critical. The Aging and the Law Section's program features presentations on the voting rights of long-term care residents, the effects of private equity on health care, and housing options for older Americans.
