During the pandemic, most law schools migrated to remote learning. We learned the challenges and possibilities of this platform. During these times, we also faced uncertain and challenging political situations that placed emphasis on new and existing human rights problems, including racial justice. In this panel, we will discuss the lessons we have learned as human rights clinical and doctrinal professors about new methods of teaching in these last few years. We will focus on business and human rights, DEI, genocide prevention and other substantive topics. We will discuss specific ways in which the speakers have incorporated new methods into their teaching and will invite the audience to also share their perspectives.
