We all want to admit students who will succeed. This panel will identify some indicators of a lack of resilience on the law school application. In particular, with mental health challenges being more prevalent and with the COVID-19 pandemic exacerbating these challenges, we all benefit from more expertise on prospective law student mental health challenges. Student affairs professionals who have worked with admissions personnel will identify some signs in applications of potential mental health issues that have tended to be exacerbated in law school and to lead to disruptive behavior and will provide examples of ways to support those students.
