    Disability deserves a meaningful place in the law school curriculum where it is acknowledged and examined. This panel will present ideas about how to discuss issues relevant to individuals with disabilities in required courses and clinical offerings. For example, how do we teach City of Cleburne v. Cleburne Living Center without othering disability? How does disability fit into current discussions of police violence? How do we address the way plaintiffs reconcile a positive view of disability with the need to prove bodily or emotional harm? Our panel includes professors with disabilities and allies who teach across the law school curriculum.
