Once again, this year, the Section presents "New Voices in Human Rights." This is an opportunity to hear cutting-edge scholarship by new scholars on a variety of human rights topics. This year, the panels will be moderated by Professor Bert B. Lockwood, the longtime Editor in Chief of Human Rights Quarterly, the pre-eminent forum for human rights scholarship. Professor Lockwood will also share his perspective about human rights scholarship and provide some insights about current trends and hot topics.
