We all know (or say we
do) the importance of gathering data and using it to inform decisions, but do
we really know what data we should be gathering, how to properly query it, and
whether the conclusions we draw from our data are sound? In this session, we’ll
review just what data high-performing development and advancement offices
gather, from the obvious to the obscure, and we’ll discuss how to examine data
for patterns and insights that are truly helpful in forming action plans.
