Within the law school community, many student services professionals enter their roles without a degree in higher education. This panel will explore some higher education student life concepts such as student development theories and student conduct models. In addition, this panel will examine the ways that traditional student life structures may be at odds with law school student populations and law schools' roles in the character and fitness process.
