    Discussants and attendees will explore Minda Harts' new book, Right Within: How to Heal from Racial Trauma in the Workplace. In so doing, an examination of the reality of racial trauma, coping mechanisms, as well as the ways in which legal, policy, and practices may redress and/or prevent racial trauma in the workplace will take place. Additionally, discussants and attendees will discuss the existence and impact of racial trauma and its relationship to equity, inclusion, and belonging in workplaces, including legal academia.
