Are we in a new era for labor? Opinion polls show unions to be at their most popular point in recent history. The latest organizing efforts at Starbucks and Amazon have changed the national dialogue about the potential for union victories. NLRB GC Jennifer Abruzzo is promoting an ambitious agenda for labor law change while at the same time, the percentage of union-represented employees remains low, and the PRO Act is languishing in Congress. Do recent developments herald a new era for labor relations, or are they merely a blip on the radar? Our panelists will discuss these recent developments.
