With eight years of data from over 17,000 alumni from their joint annual study on alumni employment, career satisfaction, skills preparation, and perceived ROI in legal education, the NALP Foundation and NALP undertook a comprehensive review of these unique results to identify trends and insights that law schools can use for curricular development, strategic planning, alumni engagement, and benchmarking- especially given the realities of our post-pandemic world. Topics include alumni assessment of the efficacy of their law school preparation; experiential education’s impact on skills development and employment; alumni mobility beyond the first position after graduation; and variations by gender and diversity.
