There is interesting new work being done in the field of public remedies, much of it by authors who do not necessarily identify themselves as remedies scholars. This program will provide an opportunity to discuss some of this new scholarship, and to consider the breadth and coherence of public remedies as a field. Six emerging scholars – including some chosen through an open call for papers – will present works-in-progress on a variety of topics, and senior scholars will then provide structured feedback. An open discussion will follow.
