Attendees will hear insights from a
dean, a doctrinal professor, and an academic support focused professor about
steps that legal educators- both individually and collectively- can take in the
next few years to prepare for a shift to the NextGen bar exam. Anticipate a
lively discussion regarding potential institutional level curriculum changes
and course level modifications, either taken or contemplated. Also, panelists
will discuss potential roadblocks or resistance to implementing any curriculum
changes. Business meeting at program conclusion.
