This works-in-progress
program will bring together junior and senior scholars in the field of
legislation for the purpose of providing the junior scholars with feedback and
guidance on their draft articles. Paper topics include statutory
interpretation, the political process, the budget process, and more. Each
junior scholar will present a paper, followed by commentary and discussion led
by a senior commentator. All scholars interested in Legislation & the Law
of the Political Process, even if neither presenting nor commenting, are
encouraged to attend and participate in the discussions.
