This program will address the conference theme of “Why Law Matters” in the context of the recent U.S. Presidential election and resultant leadership transition underway in our nation. The format of the program will include brief remarks by the speakers followed by dialogue among the panel and with the audience. Organization of topics will be in a chapter-like format so that discussion can follow each topic. Additional speakers to be announced.
