This program includes two components—a pair of featured speakers selected from a call for papers and a panel discussion between representatives of various constituents involved in and with legal education. Karl Okamoto will describe a web-based platform for teaching entrepreneurial lawyering skills, and Carol Morgan will discuss a unique course that combines an externship in a corporate counsel’s office with a rigorous academic component focused on corporate counsel issues. The panel will discuss how to implement and evaluate a transactional curriculum. That is, once a faculty approves a program, how do you implement it? What works, what doesn’t, and what do we need to do in the future?
