American lawyers have long held
leadership positions in both the public and private sector, but few have had
formal training for their roles. This panel will explore challenges facing
contemporary lawyer leaders, strategies to address them, and what legal
education can do to more intentionally and effectively prepare graduates for
leadership responsibilities.
