In recent years, trusts and estates scholars have explored the field from many perspectives. They have brought the tools of economics, history, rhetoric, and literature to the field. They have analyzed trusts and estates practices and doctrine from the perspectives of gender, age, class, sexual orientation, and race. And they have revitalized traditional areas such as doctrine, professional responsibility, and pedagogy, particularly as it relates to experiential learning. The program highlights the insights such scholarship is providing to the field and some of the best of the recent work in these areas.
