In the context of seeming paralysis, incoherence, and intransigence at the federal level, this program looks to possible health care (law) reform at the state level. The program will address four of the areas in which state health (law) reform is worthy of consideration: opportunities and challenges for health care reform at the state level, state reforms to stabilize the health insurance market, problematic variance in state health law, and directions of state public health law reform.

    Business meeting at program conclusion.
