    The second roundtable will discuss issues of how the climate tort litigation may protect minority rights and interests. It will draw upon existing law and scholarship of litigation over disasters, resilience, multi-district mass torts, and environmental justice to envision how judicial and negotiated remedies may address environmental inequality.
