This program features three works by up-and-coming scholars. Prof. Danielle Jeffries will discuss a paper regarding judicial deference in civil lawsuits. Prof. Matthew Shapiro will discuss his paper on "Litigation as Accommodation." And Prof. David Simon will discuss his work, entitled "Off-Label Preemption."
