The shift to remote teaching, learning, and working in general has created opportunities for cyber criminals, and we have seen a large increase in cybercrimes. As work-from-home opportunities continue, that needs to be balanced against the need to protect information. Greater protection results in less convenience for faculty, staff, and students. How do we strike the proper balance between security and convenience? What should be done to protect your institution from attacks? This program’s facilitators will speak from personal experience after their institutions both experienced serious cyberattacks.
