The AALS Clinical Section is hosting a works-in-progress panel that brings scholars together around a general theme of forms of knowing. From fiction to AI, the authors in this session are each exploring how different manifestations of information impact legal education and/or legal outcomes. There will be four works presented along this general theme: (1) generative AI and legal education; (2) the role of fiction in the experiential classroom; (3) the right to counsel in immigration cases; and (4) inclusive language in clinical pedagogy. Following each presentation discussant(s) will offer comment.
