This session will feature papers from two junior scholars. Tania Valdez will be presenting her paper, “The Case for Abolishing the Fugitive (Alien) Disentitlement Doctrine,” with commentary by Jennifer Chacón. Beth Zilberman will be presenting her paper, “Unenforced Split Enforcement in Immigration Agencies,” with commentary by Jill Family. All attendees are strongly encouraged to read the papers in advance and come prepared with questions and comments for the authors.
