The last few years have brought uncertainty in higher education and legal education policy. Congressional gridlock has stalled reauthorization of the Higher Education Act. In addition, recent and proposed changes to Department of Education, American Bar Association, and state bar regulations have left college and law school administrators wondering what the future may hold.
