Effective Fall 2023, the ABA tasked law schools with offering instruction to all students on bias, cross cultural competency, and racism at both the beginning of legal education and again prior to graduation. Hear from diversity leaders who will share the outcome of year one of Standard 303(c). This session will provide attendees with a retrospective on various approaches to compliance at both private and public institutions from around the country.
