New collection priorities and economic realities have led many law school libraries to reevaluate their staffing patterns and structures.  Libraries have developed or updated their strategic plans, restructured their staff or priorities, and generally shifted their focus from collections to services.  In this program, library directors from an independent law school, a small state law school, and a large private law school will discuss how they have restructured their libraries.  Panelists will discuss their reorganization goals, methodologies for making the reorganizations, how they arrived at their current staff, challenges and surprising successes during this process, future plans, and how they worked with stakeholders to achieve a commitment to the process and end result.
