The Insurance Law section program this year will explore how the insurance industry is (or should be) adapting to climate change. As wildfire and hurricane events in 2020 highlight, climate change will continue to create financial loss across the country, impacting the insurance industry. The panel includes insurance law and policy experts who will discuss the intersection of climate change and the insurance industry.
