With the legal education landscape shifting dramatically in response to changes in the provision of legal services, deans of U.S. law schools continue to face enormous challenges in leading their institutions. This program will provide law school deans with insights and strategies for navigating issues ranging from right-sizing a law school and expanding the legal education mission, to managing and analyzing data, creating successful development strategies, and fostering positive morale among faculty and staff.
