    During the COVID-19 pandemic, law faculty adopted remote learning technologies and pedagogical practices that they were unaware of, were unfamiliar with, or had even rejected on policy grounds prior to the pandemic. Experiences with the technologies and practices have varied, with some evidence that they reinforced or magnified broader structural inequities in legal education, and some regarding the changes as representative of the type of educational supports that have been missing from legal education. What have we learned about the impacts of the technologies and practices? Which should we retain?
