    Recent decisions of the Supreme Court and the lower federal courts reflect a profound transformation across a wide array of constitutional domains. This panel will explore the changing ability of different communities to vindicate constitutional interests including due process, equal protection, and an array of individual rights in light of this transformation—especially with regard to available remedies and to how remedies shape federal and state litigation strategy as well as remedial legislation.
