This program explores the reasons why scholarship by law professors is useful for the advancement of society and humanity as a whole. We have invited speakers whose law scholarship has made a positive impact far beyond the halls of academia to explore the societal impact of law scholarship more broadly. Attendees will be encouraged to think of ways to ensure that their own scholarship has a more widespread impact on their local, national, and worldwide communities.
