This Group will bring together scholars from different legal subfields to confront the question of how foreign relations law is made and to consider administrative law issues in the development of international law. The Group will examine the diffusion of authority in foreign affairs and seek to leverage administrative law expertise among those working on issues of bureaucratic authority both in the executive branch and in Congress. The overall goal of this program is to exchange views on timely policy and intellectual matters to develop a shared research agenda on topics of interest at the intersection of our subfields.
