This program builds on the discussion from the 2024 meeting of the legal and social implications of the Supreme Court's decision sharply limiting the consideration of race and ethnicity in admissions. After a full admission cycle under these limitations, what do the new classes of law students look like? How have law schools and applicants adapted to the new environment? What approaches have been successful to promote broad access to legal education?
The Section's Business Meeting will be held at the program's conclusion.
