This program will bring together junior and senior scholars for a lively discussion of emerging comparative law scholars’ works-in-progress. The program will be divided in three panels that will last 35 minutes each. Each senior commentator will present and comment on their paper for 15 minutes and then we will have twenty minutes of general discussion for the first two panels. For the third panel we envisage 10 minutes for each commentator and 15 minutes for general discussion.
