From fiction to AI, the authors in this session are each exploring how different manifestations of information impact legal education and/or legal outcomes. There will be four works presented along this general theme: (1) generative AI and legal education; (2) the role of fiction in the experiential classroom; (3) the right to counsel in immigration cases; and (4) inclusive language in clinical pedagogy.
